Exhibitor Responsibility Clause: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person/legal entity described as “Exhibitor” in this clause and in this exhibitor contract (regardless whether such person/legal entity is also described as “Exhibitor” in this contract) hereby assumes full responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Doubletree by Hilton Sonoma Wine Country (“Hotel”), Hotel’s owner HLT Operate DTWC, Hilton Worldwide, Inc., and each of their respective owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, “Hotel Parties”), as well as the Association for California Governmental Human Resources Professionals, CalGovHR, its employees, directors, officers, attorneys, volunteers, representatives and agents, whether acting in their official or in their individual capacity (collectively, “Group”), from and against any and all claims or expenses arising out of Exhibitor’s use of the Hotel’s exhibition premises. Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain during the use of the exhibition premises, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering the Exhibitor’s indemnity obligations in this clause. Such insurance shall be in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. The Hotel Parties and Group shall be named as additional insured on such policy, and Exhibitor shall supply the Hotel with a Certificate of Insurance upon request. The Exhibitor understands that neither the Group nor the Hotel Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

HR CERTIFICATIONS AND ATTORNEY MCLE CREDITS
CalGovHR is a HRCI and SHRM Recertification Provider, and this Conference is eligible for recertification credits toward HRCI- and SHRM-recertification.
For attorneys seeking MCLE credits, the Association for California Governmental Human Resources Professionals (CalGovHR) is an approved State Bar of California MCLE provider #18682 and will provide attorney MCLE credits for eligible sessions at the 2024 Conference. Proof of attendance will be provided upon request.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment must be received prior to the start of the program. CalGovHR does not provide refunds for training/event cancellations, but registrations are transferable to another attendee for the same program provided the substitute attendee has the same membership status. All requests for transfer of registration fees must be made in writing at least three business days prior to the start of the program. If you cancel your registration without providing a substitute by the deadline as described above, you will forfeit your registration fees. No-shows are non-refundable. CalGovHR’s training program are exclusively for human resources and management personnel, and CalGovHR reserves the right to refuse registration.
