The City of Berkeley is looking for collaborative and communicative mediators who can help ensure a positive and fair workplace environment! As an Employee & Labor Relations Analyst (Human Resources Analyst), you will represent management during meet and confer processes, grievances, disciplinary actions, and other labor and employee relations activities. You will also analyze a variety of situations to evaluate options, determine the best approach, make recommendations, and implement policies.

There are two vacancies in Employee & Labor Relations; one at Associate level and one at Senior level. Senior Human Resources Analysts perform more complex work and may be assigned to supervise the work of others.
